Charlotte White is the founder and owner of Medical Resources Network, LLC, a company she established in the early 1990s. Her career in healthcare began in 1980 when she joined Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) as a Paralegal, later advancing to the position of Senior Paralegal. In this role, she managed acquisitions and divestitures across the United States.
Charlotte transferred to St. Augustine, Florida, to develop and implement a Physician Liaison department. Our goal was to enhance recruitment and retention of healthcare providers to gain and maintain market share in what was then a rural healthcare market.
Medical Resources Network has successfully recruited numerous outstanding healthcare professionals across various specialties. This achievement preceded the sale of St. Augustine General Hospital to a competing facility. Notably, the majority of these recruited physicians remained in the community long term, many retiring there.
