It is with great pleasure that I offer this letter as a recommendation for Charlotte White, and her business entity, Medical Resources Network (MRN).
I became acquainted with Charlotte through a colleague Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) program CEO in Georgia, who had engaged her in the recruitment of a Primary Care Physician, nearly 20 years ago. A few months afterwards, my FQHC program had the need to employ a full-time Pediatrician, and I reached-out to Charlotte for assistance. Very quickly we had a list of several qualified candidates to review, screen, and schedule for interviews. In little more than a month after contracting with Charlotte and MRN for professional recruitment and placement services, we had a strong candidate under contract. Over the years I’ve utilized Charlotte as my “go to” recruiter whenever a provider staffing need occurred. She made several placements for my programs, and each proved to be a “good fit” for our mission, vision, communities served and most importantly, the healthcare needs of our patients.
